Workshop: Living the 8 Limbs of Yoga

I taught this workshop live December 6 and 7, 2025 in Jacksonville, Florida and feel like we just touched on the 8 limbs. The workshop is 20 hours for those who need CEUs for the Yoga Alliance, but also a module in the 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I have designed the weekend balancing theory, practices, mediation, Yoga Nidra and group activities.

Each of the students receives my book at the beginning of class, and we use the book as the agenda for the weekend.
